Lead Rehabilitation Liaison

Join our dedicated marketing team as a Lead Rehabilitation Liaison, where your clinical expertise and leadership skills will contribute to our mission of enhancing patient care. In this pivotal role, you will focus on territory and census development through strategic face-to-face interactions and community engagement.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Driving census and market growth aligned with targeted business goals.
• Facilitating the referral-to-admission conversion process.
• Representing the organization in local community activities and building valuable relationships.
• Supporting the Business Development Director (BDD) with mentoring and training initiatives.

Qualifications:

• A current driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• CPR certification and a current state professional license are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• A minimum of 3-5 years as a liaison or licensed clinician is advantageous.
• Experience in healthcare marketing is highly valued.
• Familiarity with acute and rehab hospitals and the local healthcare market is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong communication, active listening, and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and competence in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and manage timelines efficiently.

Physical demands include the ability to lift and manage objects weighing at least 30 pounds, as well as patient handling when necessary. You will thrive in a supportive indoor work environment that values diversity and inclusion.

This position may require occasional travel for training, notably to the Home Office in Birmingham, AL. You may also work flexible hours to meet business demands.
