Lead Network Engineer with TS/SCI Clearance

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, monitor, and enhance secure network architectures tailored for both enterprise and classified environments.
• Drive network performance improvements through effective tuning, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Guarantee adherence to security standards and protocols, including DISA STIGs and RMF.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to implement high-availability network solutions successfully.
• Leverage automation through scripting (PowerShell, Bash) to streamline network administration tasks.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field combined with 8+ years of experience, or a Master's Degree with 6+ years of experience. Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated expertise in network security practices.
• Must meet the 8570 compliance criteria, ideally holding a CompTIA Security + CE certification or higher.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in supporting environments within the DoD or Intelligence Community.
• Strong background in network hardening, vulnerability remediation, and ensuring compliance.
• Exceptional communication and technical documentation skills.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
