Lead Network Engineer with TS/SCI and Polygraph

Description

We are looking for a talented and dedicated Lead Network Engineer to join our team and support critical projects in a secure environment. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive knowledge in network administration and operations to maintain and enhance complex network infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, monitor, and optimize secure network frameworks for both enterprise and classified settings.
• Drive network performance enhancements, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Ensure adherence to security standards and protocols, including DISA STIGs and RMF.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement high-availability network solutions.
• Automate network management tasks using scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.

Required Qualifications:

• US Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance and a CI Polygraph.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with at least 8 years of experience, or a Master’s Degree with 6 years of experience. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Deep knowledge in network security.
• Must be 8570 compliant with ideally CompTIA Security + CE or a higher certification.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in supporting DoD or Intelligence Community operations.
• Strong proficiency in network hardening, vulnerability assessments, and compliance measures.
• Exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to produce technical documentation.

Pay Range:

Pay Range: $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
