Position Overview
The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency and product quality for patient care products. This role requires a balance of technical skills and practical experience to support the manufacturing team in achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop manufacturing processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Utilize SolidWorks and AutoCAD to create and modify detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
• Implement Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles to ensure product specifications are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.
• Conduct process engineering analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Support the introduction of new products into manufacturing and ensure a smooth transition from design to production.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or AutoCAD design software.
• Familiarity with electromechanical systems and process engineering methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
