Responsibilities

• Perform tasks involving mammographic equipment operation following company policies and protocols.
• Travel to RadNet sites within the practice to assess training and support needs for Mammography Technologists.
• Work with the Training Mammography Director to ensure proper onboarding, training, and compliance with MQSA and ACR requirements.
• Review technologist images and provide feedback according to department guidelines.
• Participate in radiologist image review and peer review processes.
• Collaborate to develop workflow efficiency standards to meet or exceed productivity and volume expectations.
• Safeguard patient property and health information, including medications and financial data.
• Maintain professional behavior, respecting patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have

• ARRT(R) (M) certification
• State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology
• BLS certification
• Experience with RIS, imaging equipment, and PACS
• Ability to meet quality standards
