Requirements

• Maintain valid CPR Certification
• Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification: ACE or NASM preferred

Special Skills

• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels
• Strong customer service skills
• Good verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Make sure all classes are reconciled properly
• Control temperature through app in the Hot Yoga room
• Assist keeping all equipment organized and clean-Dumbbells in Group Fitness room, plates, Waist trainers and Slastix
• Be available cover classes when needed
• Be a part of the audition and interview processes
• Recruiting new instructors
• Train and educate new MSR's with all Group Fitness Classes
• Assist with coordination of PTs to come and help with classes during their floor hours
• Assist with coordinating and planning new quarterly schedules
• Onboarding new instructors
• Be a part of semi annual instructor evaluations.
