We're Looking for:

• A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a CDA Credential (or willingness to obtain one with our support).
• At least 2 years of experience in a preschool setting, preferably in a lead role.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• A true PASSION for educating young minds and a commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
