Lead Computer Network Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional for the position of Lead Network Engineer to support critical projects in a secure environment. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in managing, operating, and maintaining sophisticated network infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, monitor, and optimize secure network architectures for enterprise and classified settings.
• Lead efforts in network performance tuning, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery planning.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and protocols (such as DISA STIGs, RMF).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-availability network solutions.
• Automate network management tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash).

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with 8+ years of experience or a Master's Degree with 6+ years of experience. Relevant experience may count in lieu of formal education.
• Demonstrated expertise in network security.
• Must be 8570 compliant, ideally possessing a CompTIA Security + CE or higher certification.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working within DoD or Intelligence Community environments.
• Strong background in network hardening, vulnerability remediation, and compliance.
• Outstanding communication and technical documentation abilities.

Pay Range: Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
