Lead Caregiver Opportunity

Homewatch CareGivers is seeking an experienced caregiver $19-24 per hour (depending on availability and experience) to work 5-6 days per week with at least 2+ years of experience to serve as a lead caregiver at a facility or working with seniors. The lead caregiver will assist in filling in for caregivers that cannot work certain shifts, covering sick call-offs, new starts, etc. The lead caregiver will be paid guaranteed hours each week plus any overtime that is earned.

Must have open availability (work 5-6 days available anytime with 1-2 designated days off). Will work with a variety of customers for new starts, call-offs, etc.

Requirements:

• Experience at least 3-5 years or more of registered home care aide experience. Certified nursing assistant, LVN, or home health aide is a plus.
• Skills we are looking for individuals that have empathy, compassion, trustworthiness, and are service-orientated.
• MUST have active California HCA and a TB test within last 2 years!

Compensation: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
