Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily housekeeping tasks, ensuring resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices are meticulously cleaned.
- Guarantee that all cleaning and sanitation procedures are followed to maintain safety and hygiene standards.
- Document cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety concerns to your supervisor.
- Adhere to infection control and universal precautions policies for a sanitary environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions with residents, staff, and visitors.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Maintain a positive attitude while effectively communicating with residents, administration, and HCSG leadership.
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
- Ability to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks consistently.
- Willingness to work around cleaning products.
- Ability to follow both oral and written instructions.
- Residency in the service area is mandatory.
