Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Lead Behavioral Health Therapist to join our dedicated team. This role is essential in providing exceptional assessment and treatment planning for individuals facing mental health challenges or substance abuse issues. Your expertise in communication and evaluation will greatly enhance the quality of care provided to our patients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, offering counseling and clinical interventions to your assigned caseload.
• Administer individual, group, and family psychotherapy sessions.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and maintain communication with relevant providers.
• Engage in professional supervision and continue your education to uphold quality care standards.
• Demonstrate proficient computer skills to ensure timely and comprehensive documentation.
• Manage a full caseload, consistently meeting productivity requirements while minimizing appointment failures.
• Maintain high standards for documentation and productivity, with no disciplinary actions in the past 12 months.
• Supervise interns and demonstrate leadership by taking the initiative on projects, developing processes, or chairing committees.
• Train and mentor new therapists, fostering a supportive environment for growth.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Master’s Degree or PhD in a Human Services field is required.
• LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LCAT, or LMFT certification is required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least two years of experience in mental health is preferred.

EDUCATION:
MS in Human Services (Required)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Sedentary work - involving sitting most of the time, with occasional walking or standing.

PAY RANGE:
$66,000.00 - $86,000.00

The pay range provided reflects the potential base pay for successful applicants and is subject to change. Actual pay is influenced by factors such as experience, qualifications, specialty, internal equity, and location.
