As a Lead Behavioral Health Therapist, you will engage with a diverse patient population, providing treatment for a wide range of mental health conditions. Your role will encompass individual and group therapy, medication management, and participation in intensive outpatient programs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective treatment for mental health conditions utilizing various approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based practices.
• Carefully track treatment responses and assess patients for changes in clinical symptoms, ensuring high-quality care.
• Maintain thorough electronic medical records and clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Supervise and mentor junior clinicians, offering guidance on complex cases and sharing best practices.
• Act as a clinical leader, facilitating recommendations for process improvements and supporting the professional development of the clinical team.
• Utilize your specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy to provide individual therapy, lead DBT skills groups, and engage in consultation team meetings.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
• Active and unrestricted LICSW license in Minnesota
• Proven skills as a DBT therapist
• Experience with Intensive Outpatient Programs

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of post-master's degree experience in providing behavioral health services
• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals, families, and groups
• Proficiency in utilizing computer systems for communication and medical documentation, including Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS, or other EHRs
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness

The salary for this position ranges from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
