LCSW/LMFT - Outpatient Behavioral Health Services (Bilinigual)

Salary: $3404 / Week

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker collaborates with the multi-disciplinary team to provide input in the development of the plan of care for those patients/clients requiring social work intervention. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides counseling and crisis intervention to patients/clients who have social or emotional problems in a variety of settings across the age span.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education required

• Active license as an LCSW in state of practice required

• Minimum of one year of social work experience preferred

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) to join the Integrative Behavioral Health Services team at a respected facility in Santa Rosa, CA .

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a diverse community while enjoying flexibility and potential for long-term placement.

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday (occasional evenings/Saturdays)

• Part-Time Option: Minimum 3 days/week

• Contract Length: 6 months to start - potential temp-to-perm

• Hours: 40 hours/week

• Start Date: ASAP

• Hybrid Option: Available after training period

• Travel Weekly Pay: $3,404/week

• Includes: $1,150 Taxable Income + $2,244 Stipends

• Local Pay rate - $70/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct mental health screenings and evidence-based psychotherapy

• Collaborate with primary care providers to improve patient outcomes

• Provide individual, family, couple, and group therapy

• Facilitate referrals and participate in warm handoffs and urgent evaluations

• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in case management

Qualifications:

• Licensed in California as LCSW or LMFT

• Master's degree in Counseling or related field

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred

• Experience in community health and working with multicultural populations , especially Latino communities

• Familiarity with EPIC systems or willingness to learn
