Key Responsibilities:

• Finish and inspect parts according to work instructions.
• Operate multiple lathe machines while maintaining consistent quality.
• Use the Plex system to verify production and procedural accuracy.
• Perform grinding and buffing to remove chips or burrs.
• Conduct periodic quality checks using measuring tools and gauges.
• Maintain cleanliness of machines, work area, and equipment.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Blueprint reading experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to undergo cross-training.
