We're not just shaping outdoor spaces. We're creating experiences that connect people, places, and purpose. If you are an early career landscape designer who is curious, collaborative, and ready to do meaningful work with a team that supports your growth, we want to hear from you. Step into a studio where your creativity fuels real change by weaving purpose into every place and leaving a lasting mark on the world. We believe great design begins with diverse voices; rooted in different perspectives, lived experiences, and ways of seeing the world. At Stantec, your ideas aren't just welcomed; they matter from day one.

You'll be part of a collaborative team of landscape architects, planners, urban designers, and engineers who thrive on pushing boundaries, mentor and learn from each other, and share knowledge across disciplines. Our team culture celebrates curiosity, big-picture thinking, and the ability to see beauty in the details. Join an open, energetic design team that values your input and is excited to help you build the skills you need to develop as an emerging professional and a designer. At our Naples, Florida studio, bold creativity, sustainable thinking, and a deep appreciation for local culture come together to shape places people truly connect with. From vibrant urban spaces to sustainable community-focused environments, we design with the future in mind and believe your fresh perspective belongs here. In Naples, work life balance is part of everyday life and not just a concept. Our office is located in a vibrant coastal city with scenic beaches, a buzzing food scene, and a thriving arts and culture community. With a deep commitment to environmental stewardship and easy access to major sporting events, outdoor adventures, and world class natural landmarks like Everglades National Park, Naples provides an exceptional setting to build a career, connect with community, and enjoy a lifestyle that fits you.
