About the Job

Are you someone who loves working outdoors, takes pride in a job well done, and isn't afraid to get your hands dirty? We're looking for hardworking Landscape Crew Members to help keep our community's outdoor spaces in top shape.

You'll work alongside our Community Landscape Supervisor to maintain, clean, and improve landscaped areas, ensuring the community looks its best all season long. If you enjoy physical work, being outside, and working as part of a team, this is the perfect opportunity!

What You'll Do

• Landscape & Grounds Maintenance Weed, prune, trim, plant, and clean up common areas.
• Irrigation Assistance Help adjust sprinklers, monitor watering schedules, and assist in minor repairs.
• Project Work Assist with mulching, planting, and seasonal landscape upgrades. General Outdoor Care Pick up debris, remove weeds, and maintain trails and common areas.
• Equipment Use Work with lawnmowers, blowers, trimmers, and hand tools.
• Follow Directions & Work as a Team Support the Supervisor to complete tasks efficiently.

What We're Looking For

• Hardworking & Dependable Show up on time, ready to work.
• Physically Capable Must be able to lift 50 lbs, bend, walk, and work in all weather conditions.
• Experience in Landscaping (Preferred, but Not Required) We're happy to train the right person!
• Team Player You'll be working with others to get the job done right.
• Takes Pride in Their Work We need someone who cares about doing a great job.
