We’re seeking a Professional Engineer (PE) experienced in Land Development who wants more ownership over their work and direct influence on project outcomes.
You’ll join a team with a strong backlog of private and public development projects, from 1-acre commercial sites to 3,000-acre master-planned communities - valued anywhere from $50,000 to several million dollars.

What You’ll DoLead multidisciplinary land development projects from concept to completion. Oversee site design, grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management. Manage and mentor a small team of engineers and designers. Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and contractors to move projects forward efficiently. Balance technical precision with project deadlines - and have the autonomy to make it happen.
