Laborer Technician

General Laborers Needed!

We are seeking dedicated laborer technicians to assist with moving materials on site for a major project in Lenoir, NC. This role involves working on site development for commercial construction, focusing on grading for erosion control and drainage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in site development projects for commercial construction.
• Work with a crew to lay down erosion control matting and stone for concrete drainage mats.
• Perform grading for erosion control and drainage.
• Assist with the cleanout of sediment-filled baskets.
• Utilize shovels and brooms for labor-intensive tasks.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 6 months of construction labor or related experience.
• Ability to work hard and take direction effectively.
• Experience with hand tools and general labor tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Team player mindset.
• Attendance and reliability.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
