Laborer

Join a team that specializes in the construction of precast culverts, electrical boxes, manhole coverings, and a variety of concrete products for installation on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Move materials efficiently to support construction operations.
• Assist in pouring concrete into forms to ensure accurate molding.
• Clean and maintain forms to ensure their readiness for reuse.
• Chisel and chip final concrete products to meet project specifications.

Essential Skills

• General labor experience in construction.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs and remain on feet all day.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Availability to work up to 60 hours per week.
• Physical dexterity and ability to climb as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and cranes.
• Experience in construction, labor, landscaping, and heavy lifting.

Work Environment

Work in an outdoor concrete production facility where you will be exposed to the elements. The shift begins at 7 AM and typically ends between 3 PM and 5 PM, depending on product flow.

This is a Contract position based out of KANSAS CITY, Kansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
