Title: Laboratory Technician (Entry-Level)

Location: 3800 West 143rd Street Cleveland OH 44111

Contract through November (high possibility of extension, with FTE conversion potential)

Schedule: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

About the Role

• We are seeking an Entry-Level Laboratory Technician to join our Analytical Lab team. In this role, you will support testing and analysis of customer samples, assist senior technicians and chemists, and perform routine laboratory operations. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to grow their career in laboratory sciences with hands-on training and potential for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine quantitative and qualitative chemical/biological tests following standard procedures.

• Assist in setup, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory instruments.

• Learn and operate lab equipment such as ICP, SEM, XRF, Titrations, and IC.

• Record, document, and report experimental results with accuracy and professionalism

• Maintain lab safety standards, including preventive maintenance and compliance checks.

• Support a collaborative and inclusive laboratory environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field preferred.

• 1-2 years of laboratory experience preferred (internships or academic lab experience welcome)

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures with precision
