Now Hiring: Lab Assistant I – Indianapolis, IN (Full-Time, Onsite)

Location: Indianapolis, IN 46214

Contract- 3+months

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

Pay Rate: $16/hr- $17.11/hr

Join one of the most respected names in diagnostics! We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Assistant I to support our lab operations at our Indianapolis facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and prepare laboratory specimens according to SOPs

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate sample records

• Assist with lab maintenance and organization of supplies

• Support instrument readiness and minor troubleshooting

• Collaborate with lab technicians and other departments

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in science required

• Minimum of some prior laboratory experience

• Familiarity with lab instruments and basic maintenance

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Must be able to work independently and in a team setting

• Strong communication and documentation skills
