Clinical Lab Assistant II

The Clinical Lab Assistant II performs phlebotomy and specimen management in accordance with departmental procedures and regulatory requirements. Promotes exceptional customer service and fosters a customer centric professional environment that contributes to a positive and productive work environment. Responsible for both internal and external customer inquiry and problem resolution. The position may require travel to off-site locations and the flexibility to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Requirements:

Associate's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technologist program (non-certified) OR bachelor's degree in biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field.

Experience in clinical lab setting preferred.

Skills:

Reasoning ability and good independent judgment.

Strong interpersonal, computer, and communication skills.

Willingness to work different shifts, weekends, and/or holidays.

Ability to work under stress and contribute to the team environment.
