Labor Compliance Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Labor Compliance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, your aim is to ensure employees are compensated accurately and promptly. Your responsibilities will include processing timesheets, updating records, overseeing payroll payments, and answering payroll-related questions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and familiar with payroll processes and related legislation.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll-related documents
• Process certified payroll
• Review payroll information for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with the human resources team regarding any changes or updates in employee information
• Monitor the electronic payment system and paycheck distribution
• Maintain up-to-date salary information
• Process annual bonuses, severance pay, and other compensations or deductions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Previous experience as a Payroll Coordinator is preferred
• Understanding of the payroll process and related legislation and regulations
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software
• Highly organized with an eye for detail

Compensation: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
