Salary Range: $86,650.99 - $134,309.04

As the Assistant Nurse Manager, you will play a crucial role in:

• Coordinating and planning nursing operations in collaboration with the Nurse Manager and Administrative Nursing Supervisor.
• Mentoring and guiding professional caregivers to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Facilitating effective communication and smooth transitions during patients' acute care stays.
• Being a visible leader, providing support, and ensuring a positive healthcare experience for patients, families, and staff.
• Supporting the development and implementation of policies, programs, and services aligned with the hospital's mission.
• Collaborating with departmental leaders to achieve both short- and long-term objectives.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

1. EDUCATION: A Bachelor's degree in nursing is required; a Master's in Nursing is preferred. New York State Registered Nurse registration is mandatory or eligibility for licensure in New York State.
2. EXPERIENCE: Previous management experience is preferred.
3. COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Strong communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of staff and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative team environment.
4. PROFESSIONAL SKILLS: Demonstrated responsibility and accountability for leadership decisions, coupled with effective problem-solving abilities and staff mentorship.
