Team Members are the first person that customers see when they walk through the door and are the first voice customers hear at the drive-thru. In this role you represent the entire restaurant and are a significant part of the customer experience. This is a very important job for friendly, helpful individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments while paying attention to detail. Primary responsibilities include taking orders, preparing food, assisting in resolving service issues, maintaining food-safety standards, and maintaining a clean, safe work and dining environment. A successful candidate will have a well-groomed appearance, good work habits, and a positive attitude. Cook Position The Cook is an essential member of the team. The success of the restaurant depends on providing a superior product which is key to the overall customer experience. The Cook is responsible for following documented preparation and cooking techniques to ensure high quality and food safety compliant products are being served to our guests. In order to guarantee superior results, the Cook must adhere to the proper execution of brand approved preparation procedures.
