A premier boutique law firm is seeking a Junior Tax Associate (35 years of experience) to join its growing Private Client practice. This is a confidential search.

Position Highlights:

• Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 remote you choose the days
• Research federal, state, and international tax issues; support planning and compliance
• Assist with reorganizations, estate matters, and IRS controversy work
• Collaborate directly with senior attorneys and high-net-worth clients

Requirements:

• J.D. from accredited law school
• Licensed in Illinois
• 35 years of experience in tax law, compliance, estate planning, or controversy
• LL.M. in Tax, CPA, or CFP preferred
