Junior Real Estate Associate

A law firm seeks a Junior Real Estate Associate with 2-3 years of commercial real estate experience for its Chicago, IL office. The successful candidate will have experience in commercial real estate transactions, including lending, leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, and zoning. Experience with real estate finance or development is advantageous. Admission to practice in Illinois is required.

Duties

• Work on commercial real estate transactions, including lending and leasing.
• Handle acquisitions and dispositions of real estate properties.
• Assist with zoning and real estate finance matters.
• Draft and review legal documents with attention to detail.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of commercial real estate experience.
• Admission to practice in Illinois.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
