About the Opportunity

This role sits at the intersection of commercial litigation and real‑estate law. You’ll manage active Westford legal jobs workstreams across Superior, District, Housing, and Land Courts, develop strategy with partners, and deliver cost‑effective results for condominium associations, lenders, and property stakeholders at a top‑tier law firm known for collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the real‑estate conveyancing group in complex and routine litigation matters.
• Manage a varied caseload simultaneously and keep matters on schedule and budget.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and court filings with precision.
• Appear at hearings in Superior, District, Housing, and Land Courts.
• Coordinate with clients, experts, and internal teams to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and admission to the Massachusetts Bar (dual MA/NH Bar preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in litigation and/or collection matters.
• Background in real‑estate conveyancing, condominium law, and litigation.
• Strong verbal and written communication; polished courtroom presence.
• Proven professionalism and ability to triage multiple cases.
• Proficiency with case‑management and research tools.
