Position Responsibilities

• Examine user activity, website metrics, trends, and customer feedback to pinpoint areas for enhancement on uline.com.

• Partner with the User Experience team to create strategies that improve website usability and align with industry best practices.

• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Development teams to validate website upgrades.

• Document processes and conduct weekly reporting to track progress and results.

Minimum Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, information systems, IT, or a related field.

• Competency in Microsoft Excel is a must, and SQL knowledge is a bonus.

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
