Eligibility Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old

No more than two moving violations or accidents in the last three years
Valid driver’s license
Able to pass a background check (no felonies in the past seven years)
Valid vehicle insurance and registration
A 4-door vehicle from 2006 or newer*
