Our Job File Coordinators are the closers and caretakers who turn chaos into order, guiding every fire- and water-loss project to a clean, documented, customer-ready completion or insurance completed job file. What You'll Own

• Command the File Flow Track every job from first notice to final audit; keep Work-In-Progress boards current and visible.
• Audit & Accuracy Champion Verify field documentation, estimates, and compliance items so our work passes internal and carrier QC the first time.
• Carrier Liaison Provide timely updates, gather approvals, and anticipate needs so stakeholders feel heard and supported.
• Data Guardian Back up, archive, and report on job files.
• Team Backbone Coordinate with Production, Estimating, and AR to remove obstacles and keep projects moving forward.

You'll Thrive If You Must-Have Skills & Traits

• 2+ yrs admin, mortgage packet, or insurance claims experience
• Razor-sharp attention to detail & organization
• Calm, confident communication & follow-up
• Master multitasker in a fast-paced office
• Quick tech learner (Microsoft 365, Xactimate, proprietary apps)

High-school diploma/GED, background check, and the willingness to work occasional overtime round out the basics. What Success Looks Like

• Crews and estimators consistently call you first because you make their jobs easier.
• WIP (Work-In-Progress) turns faster and receivables are released sooner because documentation is flawless.
