Responsibilities:

• Lead Onshore Run Support for Imaging WF
• Handle day-to-day support tickets during the onshore support window
• Build application knowledge for apps owned
• Proactively introduce automation and CI to reduce running costs
• Implement Gen AI into the CI/CD pipeline
• Strengthen problem ticket resolution and help reduce run noise

Required Qualifications:

• Experience as a JAVA and API developer
• Agile mindset
• Understanding of Agile development concepts
• Understanding of CI/CD pipeline
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to introduce CI to reduce effort
• Experience in implementing Gen AI/Agentic AI in the future

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for the position is between $65,447 $117,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
