Java Developer - Intl Budapest

Our client is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Solutions Architect to join a global leading company in Lottery Technology. This individual will be joining the team in Budapest, Hungary. This individual will be responsible for development of our cross-platform front-end application in Java and JavaScript running on different devices such as traditional lottery terminals in retailer shops, self-service terminals and mobile devices (tablet/mobile) running on different operating systems (Linux, Windows, Android). They will also be doing the following: aarchitecture, design, implementation and testing in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). The Java Developer will be responsible for Implementation of new architecture principles in the new software generation using latest versions of the framework as well as preparing/making presentations for clients and introducing/teaching system functions to colleagues through internal training, if required.

Education:
- Completed education in Computer Science of IT
Plusses:
- Lottery and Gaming, casino, banks, Ticketmaster etc. any mission critical company that require high volume transactions used by the public
Minimum 4 years of experience with the following must haves:
JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS,
At least one of the following frameworks: Angular/React/Vue
Front end and back end Java and web technologies implementation
Knowledge of best practices of the following:
o security, design patterns, responsive design, test frameworks, continuous integration and deployment
Soft skill must haves:
Personal initiative and engagement, high level of quality awareness, accuracy and team spirit in a distributed, international teamwork
Fluency in English is required
Open and customer-oriented mindset, communication skills
Teamwork, readiness and reliability
o Willingness to travel to office occasionally if required
