Java Architect

A Java Solution Architect is a senior technical role responsible for designing, overseeing, and ensuring the successful implementation of scalable, high-performance Java-based applications and systems. This role bridges the gap between business requirements and technical execution, providing leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle. Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Design StrategyDesign and develop end-to-end architectural solutions for complex Java-based applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.Define architectural principles, patterns, and standards to guide development teams.Evaluate and select appropriate Java technologies, frameworks, and tools.Assess technical feasibility and identify implementation risks.Technical Leadership GuidanceProvide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and maintainability.Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation. Collaboration CommunicationCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, business analysts, and other architects, to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Act as a technical liaison between business and engineering teams. Project Management OversightParticipate in project planning, estimations, and execution.Manage architectural risks and propose mitigation strategies.Ensure solutions are delivered according to specifications, timeframes, and budget.Required Skills QualificationsExtensive experience with Java and related technologies (e.g., Spring Boot, Microservices).Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.Experience with cloud platforms, databases, and API design.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
