Janitor

We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to maintain cleanliness and ensure a tidy environment during the students' fall break. You will be responsible for cleaning a designated portion of our facility, covering 15,000 square feet.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain 4 sets of bathrooms, 3 stairwells, office rooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Remove all trash daily and ensure disposal is managed effectively.
• Wipe down hard surfaces, including counters and drinking fountains.
• Clean both inside and outside of main entrance doors.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors according to the cleaning schedule.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Ability to perform general cleaning tasks with attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and stay on task.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
