Pay | $35 per hour
Schedule | Weekdays/Weeknights/Weekends (Based on company needs)
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience administering in a Windows operating system environment.
- Must be results-driven and work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Strong customer service, documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Solid working knowledge of network connectivity between host and client.
IT Support Administrator Job Duties
Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support within our manufacturing operations. This role is key to ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of our production systems in a 24/7 fast-paced internet/e-commerce environment. You'll collaborate with a small team of engineers while also working independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for communication and escalation between supervisors, technicians, engineering, and production operations.
- Provide implementation, maintenance, and support for production hardware and software systems.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and repair complex hardware, custom-built applications, configuration management, and automation tools.
- Perform occasional server racking and cable management.
- Support third-party applications.
- Configure and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices.
