IT Operations Specialist

TekSynap is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to provide day-to-day cloud and network operations support, ensuring system availability, identity management, and collaboration services for the JPO.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operations support across classified/unclassified cloud networks.
• Maintain collaboration suites, engineering tools, and identity services.
• Enforce Zero Trust principles in daily operations.
• Troubleshoot network/system issues and ensure high availability.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related.
• 5+ years IT operations and service delivery experience; 3+ years in DoD.
• Knowledge of identity management (AD, PKI, CAC/PIV) and cloud-native operations.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management frameworks.
• DoD 8570: IAT Level II (Security+ CE).
• Active Secret clearance.
