Overview
The IT Intern will assist the Manager of Information Systems in the implementation, administration and support of all information technology systems.
Essential Job Functions
Maintain the information technology CRASH plan. Support Cost Controller in all aspects of the Food & Beverage and Retail point of sale and inventory systems. This includes all future systems implemented in the Cost Control department. Assist MIT with system administration (security, software/hardware, user files, systems maintenance). Along with MIT, maintain documentation of user requests and training. Help in maintaining vendor maintenance contracts. Assist with the implementation of new software/hardware. Assist in the creation and maintenance of a property intra-net.
Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent. Two-year college degree in computer science or equivalent business degree. Two years of experience with networks, PC troubleshooting/training, or extensive application experience preferred. Ability to communicate effectively.
