Work You'll Do

As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:

• Support the setup and ongoing management of a centralized ITAM PMO for the client.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive IT asset inventory using data from systems like Score and automated discovery tools.
• Implement and enforce ITAM policies, SOPs, and procedures in alignment with DoD, and industry standards.
• Contribute to the development and execution of ITAM lifecycle flows, data models, and RACI matrices.
• Assist with the deployment of ITAM tools and the establishment of TBM and CPIC-based metrics.
• Conduct audits and support compliance efforts to mitigate risks related to software licensing and asset management.
• Provide insights on license usage, contract data, and asset lifecycle management to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ITAM processes align with DAF goals for efficiency, cost savings, and risk reduction.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years IT Asset Management experience, including 1+ year in federal or DoD environments.
• 2 + years experience managing inventories of 1,000+ assets using automated tools.
• Candidates must possess an active Secret Clearance
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Ability to travel onsite 45 days per week in St. Louis, MO as needed based on project needs and client requirements
• Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
