IT Administrative Support Worker- Ford Amphitheater

Developed and built by Notes Live, the Ford Amphitheater is an 8,000-capacity, state-of-the-art venue right in the heart of the Polaris Pointe development in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Aramark supports our clients by providing a high level of attention to detail and outstanding customer service in all that we do.

The IT Admin will provide event day support to all IT functions within the venue including but not limited to: Square point-of-sale, iOS Devices, Android Devices, IP Printers, Network Switches, Office Printers, and Windows 11 Laptops.

This position is considered an Hourly/ Seasonal/ Part-Time Employee.

Compensation Data

The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 to $22.75. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide event day support overseeing all of Aramark's IT functions
• Ensure all devices are charged and functioning properly before each event
• Distribute fully functional devices to proper allocation.
• Report to calls for service, replace defective hardware, and enforce technology use policies during event
• Upon completion of event; collect all point-of-sale hardware, document any broken hardware, connect all devices to charging stations
• Re-enroll Square point-of-sale devices as needed.
• Edit Square point-of-sale backend database and inventory database as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to work all Concerts for 2025 Season
• Experience with Square POS highly preferred
• Highschool Diploma or GED
• Experience troubleshooting hardware/software issues
• Basic understanding of networking (Static vs. DHCP, Star Topology, TCP/IP)
• Ability to walk, stand, and crawl frequently
• Strong ability to explain and translate technical subjects with non-technical users
