IP Litigation Associate

Job Overview: A prestigious law firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate to join its Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation practice. Handle all aspects of patent litigation, including case strategy, legal research, and drafting pleadings

Provide legal analysis and support in preparing briefs and motions

Participate in discovery, depositions, and trial preparation

Collaborate with cross-functional legal teams to deliver client-focused solutions

Represent clients in court proceedings and administrative hearings

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of patent litigation experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and oral communication abilities

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment

Demonstrated experience in handling complex technical matters

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction

In-depth understanding of patent law and IP litigation procedures

Strong legal research and writing skills

Effective client communication and relationship management

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Technical expertise in related fields

Preferred Qualifications:
