Investigative Case Inquiry Agent with Secret Clearance

We are currently seeking talented individuals for a full-time position as an Investigative Case Inquiry Agent. This is an exciting opportunity as we anticipate a new contract with the Department of Defense (DoD), which is currently in the bidding phase.

This position will be based onsite in Boyers, PA. Having an Active Secret clearance is strongly preferred; if not currently held, candidates must be eligible and willing to undergo the clearance process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and verify the identity of callers before routing them.
• Process requests coming in through fax, email, or online portals.
• Maintain a computerized system for tracking and troubleshooting information.
• Meet established performance goals related to call handling and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with agency contacts about case statuses and needs regularly.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
• Participate in coaching and training to enhance professional skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.
• Competence with basic computer systems, Microsoft Office, and other office equipment.
