Your Impact

As an Inventory Replenishment Intern at Lowe's, you'll play a crucial role in how products move from suppliers to our shelves. You'll join a team that optimizes product availability, minimizes out-of-stocks, and ensures timely replenishment aligned with customer demand. Working alongside experienced inventory analysts and supply chain professionals, you'll gain firsthand exposure to the tools, data, and forecasting methods that keep a FORTUNE® 100 retailer running efficiently. Summer Internship Program

Do Your Best Work in Mooresville

This internship is based at our headquarters in Mooresville, North Carolina. Our corporate office is a space where you can collaborate and do your best work. Take a walk, grab a bite (or a cup of coffee), work out or get a check-up - we invest in you so you can find your inspiration.

What You Will Learn

• Understand root cause analysis, purchase order management, and key performance metrics monitoring to direct inventory flows within capacity constraints.

• Determine strategic deployment of product, based on resources (vendor production/availability, network capacities, etc.) and communicate decisions across cross-functional teams.

• Conduct trend analysis (i.e. Pipeline reporting) and initiate product flow contingency plans by proactively managing Replenishment Program settings.

• Drive customer service, providing information, plans and communication at the store level to support customer needs.

• Create inventory flow solutions by providing support, guidance, and problem solving to cross-functional teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in supply chain, business, analytics, or related field.

• Expected graduation dates of December 2026 or May 2027.

Preferred Skills/Experience

• 3.0 cumulative GPA.

• Proficient in MS Office programs (specifically in Power Point, Excel and/or data analysis tools).

• Strong collaborative, analytical, problem solving, organization, communication skills are required.

• Relevant internship and experience in retail, inventory management, supply chain, or finance is a plus.

• Experience in a leadership role at work or within a campus organization is a bonus.
