Inventory Associate – Forklift (Part-Time Contract)

📍 Location: East Aurora, NY
💲 Pay Range: $18.00 – $19.00/hour
📆 Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4 hours per day (Part-Time, 1-Year Contract)

Our client, a leading company in the manufacturing and distribution industry, is seeking a Part-Time Inventory Associate – Forklift to join their warehouse operations team. This is a 1-year contract position focused on supporting inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork, and a proactive approach to maintaining smooth warehouse operations.

What’s the Job?

• Pick and pack consumer orders efficiently and accurately

• Operate a forklift to unload and move shipments and inventory

• Maintain accurate inventory counts and support product returns

• Use shipping software to prepare and label outgoing orders

• Assist with warehouse organization, supply replenishment, and special projects

What’s Needed?

• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory environment

• Forklift operation experience (certification required; re-certification can be completed onsite)

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 65 pounds

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Team-oriented mindset with effective communication abilities
