- Sign-On Bonus
- Compensation: - Base salary plus bonuses with earning potential up to $300,000- Provider incentive bonus is performance based not RBU or fee for service

Our culture is focused on teamwork and providing a positive and welcoming environment for all. - We offer a team-based care model, where our physicians lead a multi-disciplinary care team supporting patients' physical, emotional, and social wellness. - You will work assignments involving moderately complex issues where analyzing situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. - EMR: eClinical WorksQualifications:- 1 year of experience required- VA license- Family or Internal Medicine trained- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences- Spanish/English Bilingual preferred
