- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible nurse practitioner/physician assistant
- Must have at least two years post training experience
- Work Monday-Friday
- 8a-5p
- No call
- No weekends
- Outpatient only

- FQHC organization
- Work for the mobile medicine team
- The mobile medicine team works out of vans that work various locations throughout the Sacramento region including homeless shelters, community centers, senior centers, etc.
- The vans are fully equipped and have patient rooms and staffed with medical assistants
- Work alongside physicians and other APPS
- Setting provides primary care, behavioral health, and dental care
- EMR: EPIC
