• Full-time, permanent position
• 3+ years of experience required
• Join a team of 2 providers and 2 APP Äôs
• Outpatient only
• Patient load of roughly 22-24 daily
• EMR: EPIC
• Flexible schedules Monday through Friday 8a to 5p
