Job Description:
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join Medical Affairs team. The intern will support the Scientific & Medical operations and assist with the management and organization of day-to-day tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in medical affairs, scientific engagement, and processes within a dynamic work environment.
Essential Functions (ES) and Responsibilities

• Intern will work closely with Medical Information and Med. Affairs Director to respond to inquiries from healthcare professionals and develop standard response letters
• This role also includes exposure to various departments within the company, enhancing understanding of career opportunities in the pharmaceutical field
• Updating Medical Information standard response letters, FAQ responses, and/or dossiers
• Developing responses to escalated questions from the MI Call Center and medical affairs inbox
• Creating standard response letters and frequently asked question documents

• Experience in developing PowerPoint presentations
• Experience with Microsoft Word
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Team player skills/ability to work with others

Education Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university for undergraduate, graduate or PharmD program
• In their 3rd year of pharmacy school or higher (finished with their 2nd year of Pharmacy school)
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above; college transcript required
