Job Details:
This position is for a summer Internship from May 2026 - August 2026

Responsibilities:

Identify, prioritize, analyze, and eliminate losses and inefficiencies
Collaborate with the Line Structure Teams to carry forward and execute improvements
Assist in analyzing line performance including run rates, scrap rates, unplanned and planned down times, and any other operational losses
Identify 1-3 actions to reduce these losses and create a project charter and scope for each action

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Process, Chemical, or Industrial) or equivalent related program with a graduation date of Aug 2026 or later
