Our Bellevue, WA office is seeking intern Civil Engineers in the following areas: Traffic, Transit/Rail, Aviation/Airports, and Water Resources.

Relocation and housing are NOT provided for these positions.

What You'll Do:

  Assists engineer teams in various tasks and duties.

  n

• n

  Assists Engineer with research, development and design of projects.

  n
n
• n

  Assists Engineer with the preparation of engineering drawings and documents as assigned.

  n
n
• n

  Performs other duties as assigned.

  n
n

What You'll Need:

n
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent plus current enrollment in an accredited post-secondary engineering program
n

What You'll Bring:

n
• n

  Understands engineering, geometric, and algebraic principles at a basic level.

  n
n
• n

  Shows proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

  n
n
• n

  Accepts and applies direction from peers and supervisors.

  n
n
• n

  Obtains an understanding of introductory shop drawing and submittal procedures and requirements.

  n
n
• n

  Ability to perform basic engineering calculations

  n
n
• n

  Ability to organize information for use in drawings or other documents

  n
n

What We Prefer:

n
• n

  Completion of 2 years of post-secondary engineering program

  n
n
• n

  Microstation and/or AutoCAD experience

  n
n
• n

  Strong interest in transportation infrastructure

  n
n

Locations:

Bellevue, WA (Seattle)

The approximate pay range for the Greater Seattle, WA Metro Area is $23.64 - $35.46. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.
